Thrift Store Vintage Record Haul

Hey Everyone! I know that in my last post I said the next thing I would post would be a book review, but on Monday I went to a local thrift store and picked up 5 cool new records, and I wanted to post about it on here. The best part about my new vintage records is that I got all 5 for under $2!!! Ever since I got my new Crosley record player for Christmas, I hardly ever listen to music on my phone or laptop because I just love the way vinyl sounds. In my 5 tips on buying old records post (that is one of my really old embarrassing posts), I mentioned that I occasionally buy records from thrift stores, but now thrift stores are the only places I buy records from.

So this batch of vinyl is mainly instrumental, witch I like to spin while I am reading or studying or when I just want a little background noise. I also got a few sixties records which I was kind of iffy about since I am more of a fifties girl, but I ended up loving them too.

This haul includes:
Tommy Dorsey's Dance Party
Ray Conniff - Memories are Made of This
Jim Reeves - A Touch of Velvet
More Leslie Uggams on TV
Andre Kostelantez - Strauss Waltzes

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably recognize my Crosley record player and polka dot curtains lol. Sorry I don't have pictures of the individual albums, my camera was acting up. If you want to hear some of these records, knowing me a few of them will be up on my Instagram in the future. In the coming weeks I will be announcing something very special, so make sure your staying up to date on my blog and following me on Twitter and Instagram so that you don't miss it. Hopefully I will be getting that book review I promised all of you up soon! Thanks for reading!
Love,
Theresa
