Vintage Estate Sale Haul

Hey everyone!!! I'm so sorry for the weird posting schedule. This whole August's post schedule is going to be a little funny because I am traveling and sometimes won't have access to Internet, so bear with me. Thanks in advance for putting up with my craziness.

So anyways, today my mom and I were driving to the store, when we saw a sign for an estate sale. Obviously we had to go, being the garage and estate sale lovers that we are. This was one of the best estate sales I had been to.

I was so lucky to find 6 records there, adding up to a total of $2!!! I got three of the "Best of the 50s and 60s" records for the years '50, '54, '57, '62, '65, and '69. I have been listening to them non stop since I got them a few hours ago. I'm actually listening to them while writing this. I also got a Loretta Lynn Greatest Hits record, Ragtime Piano Gal record, and a Roaring 20's record.

In the very back of the basement, I found two hidden gems, just waiting to be scooped up by me. The first was a blue vintage men's Hawaiian shirt, with many different color flowers. I don't know why I love it so much, I just do. I also found this oh-so-adorable vintage candy striper dress. It is probably my favorite vintage clothing find ever. I got each for a dollar a piece. I plan on wearing the candy striper dress for Halloween, and making a cute costume out of it. I plan on pairing the Hawaiian shirt with some worn out/faded high waisted shorts.

Hopefully I can maybe make an outfit post about these cute items, and get a lot of dance parties out of my new records. Again I'm so sorry for the funky posting schedule, it will go back to normal soon, I promise. Thanks for reading!
